Hot Track

The unit provides heated compressed air to EASYFLO^® or OverUnder track to warm the track and apron above the dew point. This prevents condensation of vapor from the surrounding environment without overheating to avoid embrittlement of the loaded paperband, allowing the track to be loaded well in advance of the turn-up. The moderate temperature of the air and insulation of the plenum reduces burn hazards for operators. The volume of air flow can be adjusted to exclude debris without affecting temperature.
